We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.

Exceptions to the money back guarantee -

a) A refund will not be made available if you have completed more than 10% of the tuition videos on the membership platform.

b) After the 14-day cancellation period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund.

By cancelling your membership and requesting a refund within the 14 days, you withdraw your right to access all revision material and exam guidance available via The Genius Geography Guide.
